The Keychain Station is $299 CAD + GST for 2 hours, then $99 per extra hour. The price is per station, not per keychain, and Deluxe ($1,249 + GST) already includes a keychains or magnets station, your pick. Any travel or venue fees are written into your free quote before you book.
As many as they like within your booked time: the price doesn't follow your headcount. How many get made depends on your crowd and your timing, and we talk through what to expect for your guest count in your quote.
A few minutes. Guests pick their photo, and we cut it round and close it into the keychain right at the station while the party keeps going.
The station works from booth photos, so it pairs with any photo booth package (from $599 + GST) and both go into one written quote. Want the station without the booth? Tell us in the form and we'll confirm the options for your date.
We go through the charm and strap options with you before the event and agree everything in writing. Thinking of a logo or your names? Ask in the form and we'll tell you what's possible for your date.
Yes. Each one is made from the wedding itself, with the guest's own photo, so it goes home on their keys instead of staying on the table like most favours. It runs alongside our wedding photo booth.
Keychains have small parts, like the split ring and the charm, so they're not a toy for young children. Tell us the ages in the form and we'll suggest what fits: for little ones, prints may suit better.
We're based in Metro Vancouver and bring the station to Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby, Richmond and Langley and the rest of the Lower Mainland. Any travel or venue fees are written into your quote before you book, never added afterwards.
Send the form and we reply within 24 hours with availability and a written quote. 50% upfront reserves your date and covers the initial work of customizing and preparing your experience. The remaining 50% is due within 7 days after the event.
